Hanson of Sonoma

When California-based craft vodka distillers Hanson of Sonoma approached us, they already had a strong sense of identity — a rich, Americana-inspired brand rooted in family values, organic ingredients, and bold design.

Our challenge was to translate that tactility and texture into a digital experience that felt just as handcrafted as the product itself. Working closely with their team, we developed a bespoke website that echoed the charm of their label design while staying sharp and intuitive for the user.

The build began in Webflow, allowing for full creative freedom, before being transitioned into a custom WordPress theme to integrate seamlessly with Hanson’s required fulfilment provider — a crucial step to comply with strict US state laws around alcohol sales and shipping.

Accessibility was non-negotiable. We applied best-in-class practices to ensure the site could be navigated and enjoyed by everyone, regardless of ability.
