About the project

Formeasure is an HR platform for creating tests and surveys, assigning them to employees, and analyzing results. It helps identify issues, assess team morale, and improve the work environment.

/User Profile

The user can change personal information, change password, configure notifications and other settings.

/Dashboard

On this screen, there is a dashboard where HR can view brief statistics on the last assigned surveys, company engagement statistics, and test results for the latest surveys.

/All assigned surveys

The table contains a list of assigned surveys, where you can see the progress, statuses, and also go to the results page.

/Results

On the screen, you can see the results of surveys in general and on certain questions. Since the surveys are anonymous, the results are shared throughout the company, but you can filter them by department.

/Create a survey

In the app, user can create custom tests with different types of questions: text-based, multiple-choice with radio buttons, or checkboxes. Each answer can have a rating scale, which will ultimately generate personalized recommendations based on the user's responses.

/User takes a survey

These screens show the survey progress. They can be single-choice, multiple-choice, and pulse.
