This concept explores the candidate profile flow in an HR CRM system — from wireframe to final responsive UI.

The goal was to streamline the hiring process, making candidate profiles clean, informative, and easy to manage. The UI supports recruiter needs through intuitive structure, fast access to documents and clear progress visibility.

Started from grayscale wireframes, testing layout zones and flow logic. Then moved into full UI – focusing on visual hierarchy, spacing, and readability in high-density data.

Mobile was designed as a separate flow to keep things touch-friendly while preserving structure.

A modular system that balances clean visuals with practical utility for recruiters working with high volumes of data.
