eBOK Panel for an Energy Sales Intermediary

Project Goal

My task was to design an intuitive and modern eBOK (electronic customer service office) panel for an energy sales intermediary. The main objective was to simplify contract, invoice, and customer data management while ensuring a clear and user-friendly interface.

1. User Needs Analysis

I started by identifying the essential functionalities for both individual and business users. Through research, I outlined the most common pain points and expectations for the eBOK panel. Key needs included:

  • - Quick access to invoices and billing history

  • - Real-time energy consumption tracking

  • - Simple system for reporting issues and inquiries

  • - Automatic notifications about payment deadlines

2. UI/UX Design

Based on the research, I designed a user-friendly interface optimized for various devices. Key design principles:

  • Minimalist design – avoiding information overload

  • Intuitive navigation – main sections for invoices, energy usage, reports, and user profile

  • Charts and data visualization – enabling users to easily analyze their energy consumption

3. Implementation & Testing

After finalizing the wireframes in Figma, I implemented the panel in Framer, ensuring full responsiveness and performance optimization. I conducted usability tests to verify that users could navigate and use the key features effortlessly.

Final Outcome

The eBOK panel became a modern, easy-to-use tool that simplifies energy management. Thanks to optimized navigation and intuitive functionalities, users can quickly check invoices, monitor their energy usage, and report issues.

Key Takeaways

This project highlighted the importance of focusing on real user needs. By combining modern design with functionality, I created a panel that improves service efficiency and saves users time.

The project was designed in Figma
