SaaS Expense Report Design

HR-Portal is a comprehensive system for employees, handling advance requests, reports, payroll, sick leave, and other inquiries.

For this project, I redesigned the interface of the advance report creation screen, making it simpler and more intuitive.

Special focus was placed on simplifying interactions and clearly displaying missing information, so users could easily identify what needs to be completed before submitting for approval.

The design was aligned with the branding of a major auditing firm.
