MedEd Educational App

MedEd is an innovative platform designed to optimize and monitor the educational progress of medical professionals. By leveraging AI technology, it tracks and analyzes performance indicators, identifies both systemic and individual gaps, and assigns targeted training to ensure continuous development.

The project is still under development, so the name and some features have been changed, however I I would like to talk about its main idea and the path this project has taken.

Throughout the entire development phase of this app, I worked closely with medical managers, conducting client interviews and brainstorming sessions to gain a deep understanding of their current workflow and identify improvements that could be made through the app.

Applied design solutions:

• AI-driven insights: An AI-powered summary based on the analysis of existing hospital data that helps quickly identify the root cause of issues and suggests potential solutions or improvements for better outcomes.

• Smart assistant: A user-friendly assistant that not only guides users through the app’s features but also helps them complete tasks more efficiently.

• Visualization of key metrics: A convenient way for managers to view performance indicators, enabling them to independently track hospital, department, or individual employee performance alongside the AI-generated summaries.

• Targeted training recommendations: The app intelligently selects relevant training modules based on identified problems, and generates quizzes to assess the effectiveness of the training.

• Training impact analysis: It tracks the effect of specific training sessions and their individual modules on employee performance.
