My Favorite MPC One Feature

I love the XYFX feature in my MPC One, which is a standalone music production device. It allows you to select from several "Presets", which dynamically update audio parameters on both the X and Y axis, modifying the sound in real time as you move your finger along the grid.

However, automation for this, particularly on a master track, requires some unintuitive workarounds and isn't ideal if you intend to bounce your instrumental to record vocals or other instruments in your DAW of choice.

I wanted to explore how bringing this feature as a plugin into a DAW could improve a producer's workflow and allow for more automation capability. Created using Figma and Protopie.
