London in 3D, with a Bloody Twist
A Story of Blood, Roads & Blender
Bringing London to Life in 3D – I'm excited to share the results of my work on redesigning the website for Medical Logistics, a company specializing in urgent medical deliveries across London.
🎯 THE GOAL
The client wanted a bold visual identity that keeps their core mission alive - fast, reliable, life-saving deliveries. My role was to design a modern, standout website that not only reflected their service but also told their story visually.
THE CHALLENGE
Their old site featured a flat map with red routes, symbolizing vehicles rushing through the city with life-saving blood supplies. The client loved this concept and wanted to keep it. But since the new design relied on 3D visuals, I needed to recreate London’s streets, buildings, and traffic in a way that felt dynamic yet functional.
MY APPROACH:
🔹 I started by using a Blender plugin to pull real-world street data from Google Maps.
🔹 The next step? Modeling the buildings manually to capture the essence of London’s skyline.
🔹 The biggest challenge? Making the red routes feel alive—flowing through the streets, but without overwhelming the design.
But a great visual experience isn’t enough. The CTA had to remain the focal point.
🔴 A big, bold red button was strategically placed to grab attention, ensuring visitors don’t just admire the design but actually convert.
