Design solution for an AI platform

in the real estate sector

The product helps automate construction-related processes: the user uploads building blueprints, and the system analyzes the project, selects suitable construction materials, finds suppliers, and calculates the total cost of the work. The first version of the product (MVP) was developed at the prototyping stage. The main goal was to test hypotheses and make the site even more effective in order to later create a full-scale design for the AI agent and SaaS landing page to present to investors. As part of this project, we developed the platform structure, created a chatbot interface for user interaction, and designed a landing page to collect leads and showcase the product’s functionality. The solution is targeted at developers, architects, contractors, and investors who need quick access to optimized construction planning tools
