Our team was tasked with creating a suite of illustrations that would make a sensitive health experience feel more human, approachable, and calm.

Bringing Warmth to a Clinical Experience

We developed a custom illustration style that balances professionalism with empathy—using soft lines, gentle expressions, and subtle movement to help guide users through each stage of the app.

From onboarding and privacy explanations to cough tracking and report previews, every illustration was designed to build trust and ease anxiety.

Color played a key role in shaping the tone. We leaned into a soothing palette of purples and blues to create a sense of calm while maintaining visual consistency with the broader UI system.

The result was a set of visuals that not only support the interface but also soften the clinical feel—transforming a functional tool into a more personal and supportive experience.
