TravAble was created to promote domestic tourism and enhance the wellbeing and connection of university students, especially those with disabilities, to Australia's diverse regions. The service integrates physical and digital elements, including a conversational agent, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Through extensive research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing, the team developed a comprehensive and accessible travel solution. Key features include safe, affordable travel options, inclusive communication tools, and supportive social environments, addressing students' needs for safety, social interaction, and flexibility​.
