Once the customer visits the store and swipes their card or is recognised via facial recognition, the sales associate instantly receives the shopper’s profile on their tablet or smartwatch. This includes purchase history, shopping habits, sizes, and more. The sales associate, now a Personal Shopping Assistant, can greet the customer personally and initiate a dialogue, creating an unforgettable and luxurious experience. This project not only showcases the power of AI in transforming retail experiences but also highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovation, and stepping beyond boundaries to solve real-world challenges.
