World Day for Glaciers

Glacial Time Travel:

A Wild Flower Child Game Concept

On the first World Day for Glaciers (UN resolution A/RES/77/158), we're revealing a concept pitch for our Wild Flower Child game. Our game uses Forget-Me-Not to present a tool enabling players to traverse ice ages past and climate futures, visualizing environmental consequences through time.

Research combines Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies archives with field exploration to develop machine learning-powered time travel mechanics that bring glacial history to life. It is this impactful visual that gives our game context.

We will reveal more over the first Campaign as we continue funding and building our trail narratives and activities. To find out more in our early stages check out our Kickstarter campaign.
