Brokers often deal with emails, spreadsheets, and tools that don’t work well together. It’s slow and messy. The challenge was to design one place where brokers could see everything clearly, get AI-powered suggestions, and act fast without feeling overwhelmed.

Solution

To solve that, I created a clean and powerful dashboard that gives brokers what they need, when they need it.

• - Clear layout that makes loan information easy to read and manage. Brokers can quickly see loan statuses, borrower profiles, missing documents, and more—all in one view.

• - Smart AI suggestions that feel helpful, not overwhelming. The system shows alerts and ideas like: “This borrower might be high risk” or “These documents are missing.” It saves time and reduces mistakes.

• - Modern design that works now and grows with the product. It looks professional, loads fast, and works well on big screens or small ones. Simple to use, but ready for advanced needs.

This makes it easier for brokers to stay on top of their pipeline and work smarter.
