With business backgrounds, the founders recognized the need for design but lacked expertise to integrate it fully. As the design team leader, I needed to incorporate design principles into the brand and create an engaging guest experience, all with a small team of two designers and contractors.

I adopted a collaborative approach, working with my team and engaging brand, photography, SEO, and video experts. Together, we illustrated The Guild's core values throughout the website, ensuring a visually captivating and user-centric experience.

Book It:

Our dedicated team refined the website, optimizing the user journey and enhancing the booking process. We transformed it from Squarespace & Little Hotelier to a fully developed custom site and booking engine, creating an engaging digital experience that captivated potential guests from their first interaction.

Reimagining Traditional Hospitality:

To develop a comprehensive brand strategy, I partnered with a brand strategist and design agency to express The Guild’s values through a compelling visual identity. Collaborating closely, we combined vintage travel allure with system theory principles, resulting in a cohesive brand that instilled excitement and peace of mind in guests. We quickly integrated this throughout the website design. Our brand work helped the founders understand design's importance, leading to a brand identity that truly reflects The Guild's essence and unique offerings.
