SaaS Platform Design for Autism Care Centre

Designing with empathy, delivering with impact! 💡

We explored a SaaS platform designed for healthcare professionals caring for children with autism and administrators managing autism care centres. To create a seamless experience, we analyzed the excessive onboarding process and stepped into the clinicians’ shoes—understanding the challenges they face while documenting in real-time during sessions with 4-5 children at once. Our goal was to design an intuitive platform that simplifies documentation, reduces cognitive load, and allows clinicians to focus more on providing care. 
The platform also streamlines the evaluation and tracking process, making it easier for clinicians to assess each child’s progress. These assessments provide valuable insights into a client’s development, enabling informed adjustments to treatment plans and ensuring consistent, effective care for individuals with autism.
