Created for Action Against Hunger and directed by Toby Madden of TM Studios, this Gold w3 Award-winning animation tells a powerful story of resilience amidst humanitarian crises. Combining original photography, illustration, and animation, the film captures the harsh realities faced by displaced families while delivering a message of strength and hope.

At Jarbrain, we played a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling and animation, collaborating closely with Toby from the project’s inception. Leveraging our previous collaborations on projects for Action Against Hunger and Maggie’s, we seamlessly tackled the creative and technical challenges of this production.

Our Contributions:

✔ Storyboarding – Structuring the narrative flow and guiding visual elements,

✔ Artwork Preparation – Cleaning and enhancing illustrations for animation,

✔ AI-Driven Optimization – Using innovative tools to streamline production within budget,

✔ 2.5D Animation – Adding depth and motion to static illustrations for an immersive experience.
