Tasteful Learning: A Publication
Tasteful Learning is my final thesis project that shows the multimodality approach in the teaching and learning using the food serving metaphor. The book aims to provide the nugget-size information to share insightful teaching method amid the challenge of short attention span in the classroom. By using the approach of food metaphor, the book encourages the reader to understand the context of teaching with much easier to digest even for those who are not in teaching/ education field. The illustrations are done with Photoshop.
Final Presentation
The final presentation of the book is supported with the handmade box which was fully DIY. The materials are from several stores such as Modulor, Obi, Bauhaus, and Tedi. The presentation of the book itself is not possible that is not intriguing enough to exhibit on the graduation exhibition.
Interactive Exhibition
The visitors of the exhibition can share their recipe of learning using the colored pencil and stickers in the spice jars that are put on the exhibition table. The spice jars imitate the kitchen counter where people use it to craft their food.
