Goldfish Mobile App

We partnered with the folks at Bowlero to enhance their internal mobile app, tackling key pain points that were hindering business growth, such as employee sales performance, employees calling off frequently, and inadequate training.

Our goal was to redesign their internal mobile app to increase food and beverage sales and employee attendance, and improve training through online learning. Our solution was to gamify these goals through daily challenges and quizzes, which offer tangible rewards helping the users to be more active. We also added leaderboards for some friendly competition, further enticing users to improve engagement in the app, but also in their daily work.

The results were impressive:

  • - By introducing personalized challenges and rewards, we saw a 22% increase in employee engagement, creating a more motivated and connected workforce

  • - Challenges and rewards also resulted in a 15% increase in sales performance

  • - The app's appeal broadened, with a 30% increase in usage among non-sales teams

  • - As employee recognition and rewards improved, it helped employee retention improve by 12%
