Pages — UI Design for In-Product Documentation

Pages — Internal Documentation

I worked as part of the product team at SqlDBM for two years, designing various features across the platform. One of them is Pages — a tool that helps teams create internal documentation directly within the product.

Here’s a look at some UI concepts for Pages. The idea was to go beyond object-level notes and support rich content, images, diagrams, and flexible formatting — making documentation easier to write, read, and share.

The goal was to keep the writing experience simple and intuitive, while still offering enough structure and flexibility for different use cases. I started with wireframes, explored several layout and formatting options, and eventually shaped a clean, minimal UI that works well for both quick notes and detailed documentation.

Would love to hear your feedback! 🩷
