Gojek Wrap Up - KEJOG 2024

After a 3-year hiatus, KEJOG made a strong comeback with this year’s theme, “A Year in Your Life,” presented as a personalized letter based on their past transactions. Our goal was to strengthen customer loyalty by showing appreciation and fostering intimacy with our users.

Additionally, it aimed to boost Monthly Active Users (MAU) and transactions through YukLibur campaigns and Gojek+ subscription purchases.
