Here’s the approach

Benchmarked top loyalty apps to identify best practices,

Analyzed user feedback: many confused Virgin Red with other Virgin apps (like Virgin Atlantic),

Reworked visuals:

- Some storytelling: A "How it works" page to clearly position the app,

- Gamified design: Virgin Points visualized as coins + playful cards to highlight how easy it is to earn and redeem,

- Instant benefits visibility: Stickers like "150+ ways to earn points" & "Never expire" make advantages stand out.

Why this project

I wanted to push my 3D skills and to align with Gen Z & Millennial behaviors, who actively use loyalty points to fund travel (according to Virgin Red’s Points Index report)
