BipGo | Delivery App

Task

In our daily routines, we often struggle to find time (or energy) to cook or prepare meals. That’s why many people rely on delivery apps.

However, with so many delivery apps available, each offering a vast number of food options (and a lot of usability issues), what should be a convenient solution can sometimes become an added stress.

That’s why I created this product case for BipGo, a delivery platform designed that tries to solve these usability challenges while making daily life easier in our fast-paced modern world.

Process

First, I conducted a benchmarking analysis of the competition, focusing on delivery apps in Brazil (iFood, Rappi, Uber Eats, and Aiqfome) to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

Then, I researched online articles about navigation in delivery apps and analyzed user complaints from the App Store and Google Play.

Results and Learning

Improved navigation helps reduce user frustration, increasing order completion rates. A cleaner and more intuitive interface encourages users to explore other features of the app. By leveraging user data and preferences, the recommendation algorithm can prioritize relevant restaurants and dishes while avoiding ambiguous lists, excessive banners, or intrusive pop-ups. Additionally, displaying user reviews enhances social validation, influencing customer decisions.

🙏 Hope you liked it!
