Royal Manor Eichler tract MOD-icon

This is a special MOD-icon (minimalist house illustration) I recently completed for the “Eichler Lady,” Monique Anton of Modern Homes Realty. She finds buyers to for Eichlers that have fallen into disrepair, like this one, who then rehabilitate them to keep the integrity of the architecture, and prevent them from being torn down.

This particular home is located in Palo Alto’s Royal Manor neighborhood. It consists of about 200 Eichler homes, built in the late 1950s, and was one of the first tracts to feature atrium models.
