The Fine Bangkok

Objective

Create brand awareness and communication and drive condominium sales for The Fine Bangkok.

The Fine Bangkok is a condominium project developed by Sankyo Home Thailand and Keihan. The project is located in Ekamai, an area known for its diverse offerings, including shops, coffee shops, and numerous restaurants. It is also close to Thonglor, a bustling neighbourhood with malls and a significant expatriate population, mainly from Japan.

SUFFIX collaborated with Sankyo Home, starting from understanding the project's concept and design and the various amenities within the building and in the surrounding Ekamai and Thonglor areas. Before devising the communication strategy, SUFFIX designed various media under a unique concept, divided into four seasons inspired by Japan, and applied this concept to social media communication and advertising.

In terms of creating an experience for visitors to the Sales Gallery, customers received discounts from surrounding shops and coffee shops when they visited. This allowed them to get a taste of what living in the area would be like. SUFFIX also conducted campaigns with local businesses and coffee shops, utilising their project-promotion spaces.
