Wireframes for a Real-time Customer Assistance Service Platform
It is a service used by customer service department reps on a daily basis. Planned features include integration with WeChat (#1 IM mobile app in China), send and receive voice messages and images, integration internal user profile and CRM data services, ticket creation and tracking, manual user tagging and system user tagging, knowledge base and mixing AI auto-response with real human interaction for common requests and questions.
