Artist Statement
Keller Williams Realty approached me to craft an animated commercial, the goal of which was to visually elucidate the benefits of their mobile real estate app. The underlying concept was utilizing continuous motion to enhance the memorability of the app's features. With a modest budget, KW asked me to write and then animate the commercial highlighting the many features of the KW app. By maintaining kinetic animation in sync with the voice over, I aimed to make it easier for viewers to recall the advantages offered by the app.
About the Role
With a limited budget only for the creation of the commercial, I was tasked with creating an informational video that was intended for real estate agents to use as a way of getting new clients to download the app. My responsibilities included writing the script, 3D modeling, and animating the commercial then presenting it to several KW teams in the Pacific North West.
Results
This commercial led to a modest increase in installs of those looking for new homes or real estate despite not having a marketing budget beyond the creation of the informational video.
