Quality Management

Bringing Structure and Clarity to Quality Management

This release introduced a major overhaul of our Quality Management interface, addressing usability challenges and improving efficiency for tracking, scheduling, and managing quality-related tasks across desktop and mobile.

Before

The previous UI lacked clear hierarchy, making quality tracking cumbersome and increasing the cognitive load on users.

Identifying UX Challenges

Our initial analysis uncovered several usability issues:

  • Scattered Data: Important quality metrics were buried within the interface.

  • No Clear Hierarchy: Users struggled to quickly scan key information.

  • Limited Interactions: Lack of bulk actions and filtering slowed workflows.

  • Not Fully Responsive: Mobile users found it difficult to track and manage quality processes.

The original interface lacked clarity and scalability, leading to inefficiencies in tracking and resolving quality issues.

Iterative Design for a Better Experience

  • Through continuous iterations, we refined the Quality Management experience by:

  • Introducing a clearer layout that prioritizes actionable insights.

  • Enhancing visual hierarchy to surface critical data more effectively.

  • Adding bulk actions to streamline workflows and reduce user friction.

  • Optimizing for mobile, ensuring seamless accessibility across devices.

A Smarter, More Actionable Quality Management System

With Quality Management Release 1, we introduced a structured, user-friendly interface that streamlines tracking, scheduling, and oversight of quality metrics—empowering users with greater control, efficiency, and insight into their operations.
