Clearfield minimalist neighborhood map - Streng Bros. Homes

Here is one of my minimalist MCM neighborhood maps for Clearfield in Carmichael, California. This community of 38 single-family Streng Bros. Homes contains quite a few interesting home designs, including the only 2 “Pyramid” models (Plan 273) that I’ve ever seen. They, like most Strengs, are also highly sought after, with 2 houses in this neighborhood selling just last year.
