Primrose Pattern

A simple primrose pattern I created for an art challenge. My own challenge to myself is to use as few colors as possible so I decided to step away from realism and make the center of the flower the same color as the leaves! I think it adds some freshness. It also reminds me of Yumiko Higuchi's embroidery style -- I have her book on Zakka embroidery and tried quite a few designs so probably her style stayed with me!
