Eric Mason reached out to brand his new leadership cohort and academy after going back and forth a bit with potential designs we realized that the best option was going to be a simple word mark.

So the design itself isn't all that "custom" as it's just a simple word mark BUT the implementation that he and Robin Williams (yes that's his name and no he's not the late comedian) have put together are absolutely awesome so I wanted to share it and give Robin a quick shoutout.
