AVA Member Portal

Working with a Senior Art Director, I put together the member login portal for Alignment Healthcare. I was responsible for the design of both the desktop and mobile versions of the site. Most of this website’s user base are senior citizens, so our goal was to create something that was very clean, easy to understand, and to navigate.

As the designer for Alignment Healthcare's member portal, I played a key role in shaping two essential pages: 'Virtual Care' and 'Benefits.' The 'Virtual Care' page streamlines access to medical care, displaying upcoming and past appointments. Simultaneously, the 'Benefits' page serves as a user-friendly resource, offering detailed insights into the current plan and associated benefits. These pages, designed with seniors in mind, provide essential information and contribute to the user-friendly experience of Alignment Healthcare's member portal.

I also designed the Messaging Center, a crucial component within Alignment Healthcare's member portal. This feature incorporates standard messaging components, providing users with a seamless and familiar interface for communication. The goal was to enhance user engagement by offering a straightforward and efficient means of interaction within the portal.

In Alignment Healthcare's member portal, I designed a simple step-by-step process for scheduling and confirming virtual appointments. This user-friendly feature ensures an effortless experience, allowing users to efficiently manage their healthcare needs within the portal.
