The Checklist feature in the Maintenance Management System web admin is designed to help admins or technicians efficiently manage, monitor and complete maintenance tasks. This feature enables systematic creation, assignment and tracking of maintenance checklists, ensuring every step of maintenance is performed according to standards. With support for notification automation, attachment of proof of work (photos or documents), and real-time reports, this feature increases accuracy and transparency in the maintenance process.
Currently, there is a Maintenance Web Admin development project that includes this checklist feature. However, as the project is under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), further details on the specifications, interface design, and technology used cannot be fully disclosed. This application was developed with a focus on operational efficiency, data security, and ease of integration to support more optimized maintenance management.
