About Project

& User Challenges

This web service is a B2B CRM platform for business owners working with various marketplaces. It aggregates key sales data from multiple channels, helping them make decisions aimed at increasing their overall revenue.

The main issue was an overloaded interface: with a large volume of data, it was difficult to quickly identify where metrics were dropping off and find the root causes. Without addressing this, users would spend more time on manual analysis and risk missing critical changes or misreading the figures.

Our Solutions

We focused on structuring and flexibly configuring data clusters. Users can now turn on/off comparisons with previous periods, add charts, and the “traffic light” system visually highlights problematic areas. We used Figma as the primary design tool. As a result, the interface became more compact and clear without losing any crucial information.
