IRCTC Homepage Redesign

One of India’s most visited websites is the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. It’s a very useful website that we use most frequently, including me. As a user, I feel the website solves our core problems, like booking a train, tracking our train, etc. But we face a problem understanding the website's User Interface, especially for new users. So, I decided to redesign the website for a better user experience. For now, I am focusing on redesigning the homepage.

The existing homepage is cluttered, outdated, and has a very poor user experience. IRCTC competitors like Make My Trip, Goibibo, and RedBus are quite popular travel websites in India. They have quite modern and intuitive designs. So, after analysing them, I did my redesign.
