Japanese Business Card

Around August of 2024, I came across a post on X from a game localizer from Japan who needed a new business card for his freelance translation business. I made him an offer and he accepted! The concept that Namba-san wanted to get across was that he has native fluency in Japanese and English. He proposed a two-sided business card, one language per side. I took it further with the book icons: An "A" on the Japanese side and a hiragana あ (pronounced "ah") on the English side. Having studied the Japanese language myself, I was stoked to take on this project and the fact Namba-san took this card to the 2024 Tokyo Game Show is icing on the cake!
