Overview
Ada is an AI-powered platform transforming customer service by delivering scalable, personalized, and proactive customer experiences. This case study documents my redesign of the Ada website to improve usability, enhance aesthetics, and align with modern design standards.

Introduced a bold, modern headline with improved typography to grab user attention instantly.
Designed a cleaner layout for call-to-action buttons, ensuring clear user pathways.
Incorporated visual elements like the AI chatbot to align with the platform's purpose.
Features Section
Created a modular grid layout to present features such as automation, scalability, and personalization in an easily scannable format.
Used icons and micro-interactions to make technical content visually engaging.
Customer Success Stories
Designed an interactive success story section with improved navigation, allowing users to explore real-world applications of Ada’s services.
Used a clean card-based layout for case studies, ensuring consistency and readability.
Contact and Demo Section
Streamlined the contact form for demo requests to reduce friction.
Highlighted the call-to-action with bold buttons and minimalistic form fields.
Design Principles
Accessibility: Ensured that the redesigned website adhered to web accessibility standards (e.g., proper contrast ratios, legible typography, and keyboard navigation).
Consistency: Used a cohesive design system for colors, typography, and UI components.
