Appointment Scheduling (2 of 2)

UI from our recently launched appointment scheduling flow. Members choose a few times that they're available and our concierge team follows up with the doctor to schedule an appointment.

Through careful research and a metrics driven design process, we landed on this design because it encouraged members to leave the most amount of availability which resulted in more appointments scheduled, in less time, and a better member experience.
