This project is designed to optimize rental management in real estate companies, offering an intuitive and visually appealing web experience. Our approach focused on clean, functional and adaptable design for mobile and desktop devices.

Home Page

The main interface is highlighted by a clean design that combines subtle gradients and floating boxes, with noticeable headers that guide the user's attention. The colors are inspired by the brand's corporate palette, creating a strong and coherent visual identity. We included a small introductory modal that serves as a tutorial of the web system, enhancing the initial user experience.

Tenant Creation Form

We designed a form with colors consistent with the brand, keeping the style defined from the beginning of the project. We used floating boxes to provide visual hierarchy and ensure a clear and organized experience.

Forms in Light and Dark Modes - Mobile Version

Adapt forms for mobile devices with a focus on smooth navigation through steps. Each field includes subtitles underneath to guide the user when filling in information, even after the placeholder disappears. This solution ensures clarity and ease of use.

Desktop Version Forms

Reinterpret the mobile design for larger screens, maintaining consistency in styles, floating boxes and step-by-step navigation, while taking advantage of the extra space to organize elements in a larger and more structured way.

Color Palette

The foundation of the design lies in a carefully selected palette, which maintains the brand identity and ensures a cohesive design across all views.
