Sunnyvale Manor I MOD-icon

So, it turns out I mixed up the neighborhoods a little on my Sunnyvale Manor I post from last Friday. The home I posted is actually from Joseph Eichler’s third development, called Sunnyvale Manor II or the Sunnyvale Manor Addition. By that time he was using plans from Anshen + Allen under the Eichler Homes name, so that house IS in fact an Eichler. Oops. 😅

Anyway, the home in this MOD-icon is from Eichler’s first development, Sunnyvale Manor I, built in 1949. Not technically an Eichler Home, but still very cool and historically significant to mid century modern architecture.
