Test Stage

The Test Stage

In UX design, the test stage is where prototypes are evaluated with real users to ensure the product meet needs, fix pain points, and are easy to use. By observing user interactions, designers gather feedback to improve the product before full development, saving time and creating a better user experience.

Meet One of Our Participants

With consent, a busy Estate Manager shared their experience with the app, completing tasks like credit analysis. Their feedback highlighted areas for improvement, helping shape Money Vault into an intuitive and empowering financial tool.

Developing Research Study Plan

I created a research study to improve the Money Vault app, focusing on simplifying features for users aged 25-45. The study involved user interviews to identify challenges and usability issues. I also used the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure satisfaction. The goal was to make the app easier to use. For more details, check the full plan here.
