Problem Statement
The existing webpage had several challenges, including complex navigation, lack of visual hierarchy, overwhelming content, and an inefficient checkout process, leading to cart abandonment. To address these, the redesign introduced a structured menu, a simplified checkout process, and a mobile-first approach with touch-friendly UI elements. User research was simulated through competitive benchmarking of platforms like Amazon, Best Buy, and AppleCare+, revealing insights such as the importance of simplified navigation, prominent CTAs, and streamlined checkouts.
