I have tried many to-do list apps during my 10+ years of freelancing, but for various reasons, I always gave them up after a while—mostly due to their complexity (registering, logging in, organizing multiple lists, etc.). The tool I used for the longest time was either pen and paper or a simple text editor.
Finally, I was able to create the app I truly want to use on a daily basis. I’m sharing it because it may be useful for others as well. It helps you prioritize by displaying a maximum of seven list items at a time, while the rest fade away. It can also serve as a great alternative to read-it-later tools, sticky notes, and more.
