Dashboard - Customer Support App
Hello fellas!
New year, old me. Still continuing my #2024DashboardSeries (which should be #2025DashboardSeries?) with my new explorations of Dashboard Customer Support App! This dashboard provides agents with a comprehensive overview of their performance and workload. It includes infographics displaying ongoing tickets, the average number of incoming tickets, ticket distribution by status, and the average response time. Agents can also quickly access detailed ticket information from the table and seamlessly manage ongoing live chats with customers.

By hovering over a ticket, agents can preview customer messages at a glance. If a response is needed, they can easily expand the ticket into a new tab for a detailed view and reply.
