Delegator Winter Summit T-Shirt

I present this year's Delegator Summit shirt. In years past the Summit has always been in the summer and we've done a shirt for our Friday "Lake Day". However, with this year's summit being in the winter, we decided to theme it as such. The alligator has become an unofficial mascot and a nice way to tie each year's shirt together.
