Although most video interviews were submitted via desktop, the process was also optimized for mobile devices. On mobile, we implemented the same approach of encouraging users to utilize all their available takes, yielding similar positive results. The placeholder states provided candidates with a clear understanding of the total number of takes available and allowed them to select their best effort at the end of the assignment.
