Video Interviews landing page

An essential part of many companies' hiring processes is requesting candidates to complete a one-way video interview. This is the landing page candidates see when they begin a one-way video interview assessment through Workable. After reviewing feedback and observing candidates during interviews, we identified that one of the most common pain points was the anxiety associated with this process.

To address this, we made the following assumptions:

Allowing recruiters to include an introductory video to introduce themselves and the company would help candidates feel more at ease and foster a sense of familiarity.

Providing candidates with the option to practice before starting the actual interview would boost their confidence.

Adding inspirational videos and helpful tips would give candidates a clearer understanding of the process and help them feel more prepared and self-assured while completing the video interview.
