Scooter interaction app

This project focused on usability research and testing for electric scooter applications. With a wide variety of electric scooter brands and app designs on the market, selecting the most relevant features for testing and proposing a universal interface suitable for users of different ages presented a significant challenge. By engaging directly with users from various brands, the team carefully explored user behaviors and design directions. The result was a user-friendly and easy-to-learn electric scooter application, marking a major achievement of this project.

本項專案主要專注於電動機車應用程式的易用性研究與測試，其中在現行的電動機車品牌與應用程式中種類相當多元，功能與設計型式也非常多種，如何篩選功能適切功能進行測試，同時提出符合不同年齡使用者的通用介面是挑戰之一。透過實際與不同品牌之用戶接觸，仔細挖掘的用戶行為和設計方向，提供一個好用且容易學習的電動機車應用程式，是本項專案的較大收穫
