Michigan Academy of Folk Music

Long overdue sharing this... Branding for Michigan Academy of Folk Music that I did a handful of years ago. MAFM is an incredible organization providing music education in the Holland community.

I designed these instruments in a way I probably wouldn't do now, but still really like! The textures were created with ink and graphite on printer paper. They were then scanned and colored by manipulating the CMYK properties in adobe illustrator. Lastly, I masked the elements with the "least accurate" setting of the pencil tool.

This project was one of my first forays into digital collage and still one of my favorites.
