Breaking New Ground

For 2024, our annual slogan for our marketing was "Break New Ground", signifying our intention to explore new terrain, reach for new heights. And break new ground we did! We hired new teammates, signed new projects, learned new skills, and of course – shipped and shipped.

Design Details

To compliment the theme, I went the full sci-fi route for these notebooks – inspired by the complicated GUIs of movies like Alien and Star Wars. (Fun fact: prior to this I had never watched Alien, but now I have! I was very impressed by Ripley's dedication towards her cat.)

The foil stamp is a metallic light blue on a midnight cover stock, with dot grid pages within. Love how in certain angles the terrain on the map has an almost 3D effect.
